Sales Representative - Material Handling & Office Systems

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a knowledgeable and experienced sales person who is looking for a long term career. We are looking for people who are passionate, trustworthy and without guile. Candidates should be self-starters with excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Acquire and maintain accounts through knowledge of Company’s products and services applicable to the assigned geographic territory, vertical markets and company accounts.
  • Gain proficiency in using the Companies business systems used to track and process all customer data, projects and sales transactions.
  • Compile list of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based upon information from personal contacts, newspaper, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, internet websites, travel and other sources.
  • Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential new key accounts.
  • Attend trade shows and conduct educational product introductions/training to targeted audiences such as architects and designers, building and facilities managers, etc….
  • Travel throughout assigned territory to call on customers to determine business organization systems needs and opportunities to propose business solutions.
  • Review bid opportunities/documents for projects within the territory to respond within a timely manner.
  • Develop business solutions appropriate to solve customer needs utilizing the full scope of products and services offered by the Company.
  • Communicate design criteria and project scope to planning and design team with sufficient detail and information needed to produce design drawings, bill of materials list and proposals.
  • Determine selling price and credit terms in accordance with Company guidelines.
  • Present proposals to customers and arrange for product demonstrations or reference site visits.
  • Close transactions and process orders.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with deliveries and installations.
  • Follow up with customers at conclusion of project installations to ensure satisfaction and explore additional sales opportunities for add-on projects or supply orders.
  • Maintain sufficient pipeline of open proposals for qualified projects to meet annual sales goals assigned by the Company.

Service Technician

  • We are looking for candidates with strong initiative and willingness to learn. The ability to perform skills such as read blueprints, computer skills, Microsoft office, and auto cad experience essential. Qualified candidates must have strong knowledge of mechanical and electronic skills and work well individually and part of a team.
  • Individuals must have strong customer service skills. Perform methods of installation, work procedures, materials, tools, work aid requirements and travel to client sites.
  • Candidates must be available to work long hours and travel overnight and have a valid driver’s license.
